Cancellation Process:

  1. Please call our staff at (657) 341-3490 during our office hours to cancel an order. We process your order electronically, and it may be processed when you 'complete purchase.' Therefore, it is essential to contact us immediately at 657.341.3490 if you wish to change or cancel your order. Please do not assume we will see your email in time, as we receive hundreds of email messages per day.
  2. We will make every effort to stop the processing of your order.


Cancellation Fee:

Due to the cost of processing refunds, there will be a 5% cancellation fee on all orders placed but canceled prior to shipping. This fee does not apply to returns and exchanges. Please refer to our Returns and Exchange Policy if your order has already shipped.


Confirmation and Refund:

Your order must be confirmed by a Tribe Industries LLC customer service representative if it has not yet shipped from our warehouse or the manufacturer or distributor. Once confirmed, you will be issued a credit or refund minus the cancellation fees within 7 business days.
